Just here sitting and thinking of you

Thinking of all the wonderful things you do

Wishing you were here with me

So I could share all my thoughts to be

How I also miss you

Missing my baby if you only knew

I know I will see you soon

But today I just want to think of you before the set of the moon

The day I met you something sweet arose

As on the day you sent me a rose

You smiled at me and held my hand

Through it all you were there as my best friend

How special it is when deep down inside

I knew that I felt love when you stood by my side

Down from the bottom of my heart

I hear you whisper it's time to depart

With a smile and a kiss

I say goodbye to whom I will miss

In the meantime I know I will see you again

To my love and my dearest good friend

Red and White Roses
 To those couple's who know how hard it can be in relationships

After a long hard week
We find it really hard to speak
We lay beside one another
Praying things will get better
You are happy you say
But those words sadly drift away
When you look at me and see
Weariness from our family

"I’ll give you some red roses to brighten your day
I’m sure when you look at them your think we’ll be okay
I have thought, maybe some white roses
So you may see pureness of my love as each day closes
But instead I got you both
One for my love for you and for our marriage growth"

Today is a new day tomorrow has past
I’m caring for my roses so they will last
For another week so I will know
Blossoming the words I love you so

My Valentine you are
Fell on just the right time to heal our scar
We made it another year
So I will shed no tear
It’s not about just always loving you
It’s for the grace of God who brings us through

To my husband who likes to share a time of prayer with me

Our Prayer Time
 You and I, we love to pray
Tired from the week, we look forward toward this day
When you and I can sit together
Share our thoughts and pray to get better
It brings us a time to share
A time sin is no care
As the time goes swiftly by
We find ourselves in a sigh
God gathers up our prayers tonight
And we turn off the upper light
No sound around the room we leave
Only those angels, we believe
Till next time we come together again
